Our aim is to encourage debate and contribution to various topics involved within the Intelligence arena, ranging from exponential technological growth and innovation, to preparing you for recrtuiment, online testing and the assessment procedures.
We attribute great importance to the recruitment process and preparing candidates is an important contribution. Especially for creating candidates with clearer expectations, who are better informed and prepared for the process that lies ahead.
Another aim is to bring the subject matter and discussion points up to date, and we put into practice the words of Chief Alex Younger who is committed to preparing the law enforcement and intelligence services for the next wave, or the "fourth industrial revolution" of digitisation.
We do this by encouraging discourse and debate to nurture innovative thought which we feel can benefit our procedures. Those who may have already read some of our in-house research notes will be aware of how much importance is being placed on innovation and Ahead of Time concept development in both private and government intelligence agencies. With the AI genie firmly out of the bottle, our next steps (and the speed of those steps) is critical in harnessing and moderating the growth of next generation Artificial Intelligence or S.A.I (Secret Artificial Intelligence). Radical thought processes and academic anarchy are potential mechanisms many are now proposing as realistic options. We invite you, the public, to join the debate and, for those of you who wish to pursue a career within Private or Government Intelligence, we offer you a chance to prepare. Our new webinar events will include various speakers on these subjects and will provide participants the opportunity to contribute their ideas. Clearly the precise workings of the Secret Intelligence Services are by definition not available for public consumption, but that is not at the expense of keeping an open mind to considered, valuable suggestions.
